Prior to the founding of Davis Management Group, Erika built a broad portfolio of event management experience, holding senior roles in the American Psychological Society, the Association Management Group and Management Options, Inc. 

Erika maintains a focus on professionalism, on-site, hands-on service and exceeding her customers’ expectations. Many DMG clients depend on the culture of professional high quality service that Erika has cultivated – year after year.
